It was when we were filming John D’Arcy, for the In Stores Now series back in July, that we were first brought to the attention of More Than Conquerors. Young whippersnapper Thomas Camblin, who plays with John, as well as with Clown Parlour has taken this band under his wing – and will gladly plug them to you if you give him 5 minutes.
Off to Bookfinders we went – for tea and buns with some Amercian tourists who gladly played chess while we sang about morose things. But I think you’ll agree this one is something special.
More Than Conquerors are playing 24th and 25th September in Lisburn, and back to Belfast on 11th October in Lavery’s. Do not miss them.
