AND, when your staying at home and thinking about insulating your attic, the policy makers (because of big business interests lobbying them) are making it more costly for you to insulate your attic and less costly to get your hands on a 4X4. The consumer is being directed very subtly, because it is big business that create 'consumer choice' Yep I agree, BUT, as the man said
